So, we had to take a few bites. The Mocha Crack Gelato has a smooth, creamy consistency. The flavors are very well balanced, with the sweetness of the ice cream offsetting the salty rim of the crunchy chocolate crust. Our favorite thing about this dessert is that it's not overly sweet.
